Lotus Elan Sprint Rebuild
We were commissioned to complete a full rebuild on a ‘barn find’ Lotus Elan Sprint, a project that’s nearing completion.
The car came to us in a very complete, untouched state and we embarked on a nut-and-bolt restoration. Every aspect of the mechanical work was done here at Hofmann’s including:
- Engine rebuild
- Gearbox rebuild
- Rear axle rebuild
- Complete chassis & suspension overhaul
The body was trusted to our partners at Beaconsfield workshop who took it down to bare glass fibre before painstaking preparation and paintwork.
